The only place you are allowed to add/post your site is in the site review section and then only if you are requesting a site review and then only post it in the subject line.
But I see you have already been posting your site in other threads here.

you can add your site link in signature but you will have to follow the guidlines of forums because different forums has difeerent rules to activate links in signature.
